Aloft Chicago
I traveled to Chicago to take a workshop from Emiliano Ron at Aloft. It is such a rare treat to get to take class and hang out in class with heroes, friends, and peers. I am always interested in the process of getting my body to be able to execute technique and skills outside its usual comfort and boundaries. It was really great and inspiring and I have new understanding of things to work toward and have some new words to help students gain access to their wishes and bodies.
