Lisa Natoli, also known as Iron Fanny, is an artist based in Brooklyn. Lisa has performed in private, corporate, and staged events across the nation including Bindlestiff Family Cirkus (Flatbed Follies), Jenny Rocha\u2019s \u201cThe Dinner Party: A Whodunnit Cabaret\u201d<\/i>, \u201cMigrations\u201d<\/i>, choreographed by Cirque Du Soleil-alum Kristin Young, Body Break 6.0<\/i> (Toronto 2016), a creation project at St. Ann\u2019s Warehouse for Spiegelworld with Director Steven Hoggett (2018), Elizabeth Munn\u2019s\u00a0 “I Can’t Sleep”<\/i>(2019). Juanita Cardenas and Lisa collaborated on “Showgirl Wrong” <\/em>at The Slipper Room(2022).<\/p>\n

She has produced and presented work as a resident artist at Galapagos Art Space Brooklyn, Art Klub NOLA \u201cSome Animals Are Easily Startled\u201d<\/i> (2019), The Visionary NY “Tomorrow I will Contradict Myself”<\/em> (2021). And most recently at the inaugural Make Moxie Residency at BK ArtHaus “The Body Has Many Faultlines” (2024)<\/em><\/p>\n

Since 2008, Lisa has presented her own evening length and ensemble work as Lisa\u2019s Bright Ideas<\/i>, and has curated performances as Bright Ideas Aerial Salon<\/i>. LBI has collaborated with pedal steel-player Bob Hoffnar, German photographer Henryk Spiess, and cartoonist Mike Cavallaro.<\/p>\n
