\n<\/strong>This class is for aerialists with some experience who want to broaden their boundaries and identify habits, assumptions and expectations in their artistic practice. We will work towards creating a coherent, thinking body by building awareness using techniques and skills collected through research and experience. We will integrate transitions and \u201ctricks\u201d into sequences to become better technicians and performing artists, being mindful of the question, \u201cwhat are we choosing\/drawing on and why?\u201d Level: Intermediate, silks and rope must be able to do 5 pull-ups and execute a clean hip clean and invert in air again and again.<\/p>\n

\nIntermediate hoop. This workshop is for students that want to learn how to use their vocabulary in a sentence\/ sequence. We will work on hanging,balancing, and falling and gain more control and understanding of form and function while making ourselves efficient and connected in body and mind<\/p>\n
