Have you gotten very good at taking class, collected a lot of vocabulary, technique, and skill, but are looking for a way to bridge the divide between class and performing?
\nIn this workshop we will use our experience to build sequences that transfer skills from class to stage. Working with ideas of hanging, balancing, and falling, we will make connections between form and function, remaining open and alert, while observing habits, assumptions and tensions, in order to make room for growth as a mover and thinker. We will research what the performer is drawing on and why.
\n<\/a>Come use what you know to explore and create phrases (both rope and silks welcome!)
\n<\/a>
