Workshop Monday May 3rd and 10th
\nMeta Silks and Rope Choreography<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/i>This class is designed to explore concepts such as hanging, balancing, falling and pathways. The focus is on aerial as a physical concept and experiential practice. We will explore theories about technique, momentum, presence and form while asking questions and embracing room for risk and possibilities. We will research sequences to gain efficiency, ease, fluidity, and awareness, making us better aerialists in a safe and supportive environment.
\nMust be able to invert repeatedly in the air and have a hip key and s-wrap.
\nNot for beginners.
