This class is designed to explore concepts such as hanging, balancing, falling and pathways. The focus is on aerial as a physical concept and experiential practice. We will explore theories about technique, momentum, presence and form while asking questions and embracing room for risk and possibilities. We will research movement and sequences on and off the floor to gain efficiency, fluidity, and awareness.
